Le rappeur New-Yorkais Action Bronson fait référence ici à une paire d’Ultra BOOST dont il s’est moqué sur les réseaux sociaux en mai 2018. Mais ce qui s’est passé entre Action Bronson et Adidas est encore un peu mystérieux – peut-être Action Bronson a-t-il l’impression qu’Adidas lui ont volé ses idées. Quoi qu’il en soit le partenariat s’est détérioré et les versions prévues ont été abandonnées.
