« All Eyez on Me » est le quatrième album de 2Pac et le dernier à sortir de son vivant. Sorti le 13 février 1996 par les labels Death Row et Interscope Records.

L’album présente un grand nombre de featuring dont Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Kurupt, Daz Dillinger, E-40, K-Ci & JoJo , Redman, Method Man, et bien évidement son groupe les Outlawz. Coté producteur, on est pas en reste, avec DJ Quik, Dr. Dre,  Dat Nigga Daz, Johnny « J », DJ Bobcat, DJ Pooh, DeVante Swing, entre autres.

« All Eyez on Me » est premier double album de l’histoire hip hop. C’est un album de Gangsta rap, 2Pac rappe sur ses expériences de vie dans la pauvreté et dans le luxe, cet album s’écarte largement de la conscience sociale et politique présentes dans « 2Pacalypse Now » en 1991 et » Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z… » en 1993).

La promotion de l’album est assurée par les singles « How Do U Want It » avec K-Ci et JoJo, « California Love » avec Dr. Dre et Roger Troutman, « I Ain ‘t Mad at Cha »; et la collaboration avec Snoop Dogg « 2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted ».
